Forensic Computing is the collection, preservation, analysis, and presentation of computer-based evidence.
Computer Evidence can be invaluable in criminal cases, civil disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency action and human resources/employment proceedings.
Far more information is retained on a computer than most people realise. It is also more difficult to complete remove information than is generally thought. For these reasons (and many more), forensic computing can often find evidence of, or even completely recover, lost or deleted information, even if it was intentionally deleted.
Your computer evidence will be examined by highly skilled experts using a range of 'state of the art' forensic tools, allowing us to provide you with a comprehensive picture of what the computer has or hasn't been used for.
The options range from a forensically sound 'preview' - which allows you to determine whether or not the computer is of evidential value for minimal cost, through to a 'full forensic image and examination' - suitable for use in court proceedings.
We also offer individually tailored services including 'document authentication' - establishing when and how a specific document was created and any modifications, and 'text searches' to retrieve specific documents.

Please note: In order to provide a truly 'Nationwide' service we do not charge for travel to examine or collect computers within England and Wales.
